Streaming Video of Vote-by-Mail Processing
The San Francisco Department of Elections will use cameras to stream live video over the Internet while handling vote-by-mail ballots. The Department will have one camera placed in the hallway near City Hall room 59 to stream activity associated with the removal of ballots from their envelopes. A second camera inside City Hall room 59 will stream activity associated with the sorting and opening of returned envelopes.
